This is the first of my “Évocations”, a suite for solo piano, impressionistic, contemplative much in the trail of Satie, Debussy or Mompou. In a way a return to my origins and to my favourite style of music. Intimistic and suitable for aesthetic pleasure. This kind of music, I think it fits very well into the night or into movies and pictures.
The first piece, “la récolte” is fully dedicated to my dearest friend Olinda P. Gil and to her homeground landscapes in Alentejo, Portugal. The videoclip was conceived and recorded by herself.
